To get physically fit you need to exercise daily. Just the same, to get mentally fit, you need to work your mind everday. These writings are meant to be read daily to serve that purpose.

Take a break
With 90 blogs written, I have decided to stop writing for a while. Good luck to everyone and I hope my writings were well recieved
What am I going to read at work when I need a break from the craziness? I've really enjoyed reading Daily Dumbbells and I think it's a great accomplishment when you go back to the archives and see how many you wrote. I second Kiki's comment.
Thank you for blessing us with your God given insight into our daily trials in this life. I know your break is much deserved but don't keep us waiting too long okay?
